Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youβll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, weβll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 30day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right Β or return your order within 30days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youβll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once weβve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youβll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Returns
β’ You have 30days from the date you received your item to notify us that you wish to return it.
β’ Once you have notified us, you have another 30days to return the item to our facility.
β’ To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
β’ A receipt or proof of purchase (order number) is required to process your return.
2. Refunds
β’ Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
β’ If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
β’ You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Shipping Costs
β’ You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item is faulty).
β’ Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
β’ Personalised or custom-made products.
β’ Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
β’ Personal care goods (such as beauty products or earrings) if the seal is broken.
β’ Underwear and swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at lumixalab .comSupport Email lumixalab@gmail.com with photos of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, at no extra charge to you.
6. Exchanges
